Q: I have heared that society is facing extreme water issues. Very odd to know that tenants are treated very differently there. lastest one they hired a lawn tennis coach who charge more from tenant so that lower down the burden of owners. What a shit if this is true. any one please confirm

Yes these are the dirty things happenning here, But how do you come to know it so quickly as i been statying there even came to know this last night. True, Dwarkesh. Niyati, If you are waiting for the issues to be found through Blog or social media, then it may take another one couple of months. Any how i am residing their as tenant and found it not at all a good idea to put extra charges of some thing on tenant on condition that there would be lesser charges from Owner Putting society amenities usage charges is different matter that putting extra trainer charges at any stage, what is happening is called 420 if we look at it on legal front. Dwarkesh is right on his part in saying that there is no need of court case, i must say i have seen very low growth in rental and property value in the kind of societies where there is different treatment for tenants. One must understand that there is a big number of people staying as tenant in all the societies. So its a foolish act to treat them differently.I have property in Ahmedabad and Jaipur, i have stayed in 10 different states of India. But never stayed and keep me away from such prop.True, Dwarkesh.
