I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi, everyone on 28 th Nov 2015, i booked one 2 bhk flat in Bluebell project, by giving them 1 lakh booking amount. Total cost of flat is 16 lakh + 1 lakh ragistration fee.
Is there anybody booked the same. Please Inform.

Hi All, I have booked 3BHK apartment in BLUEBELL on November 3rd. I have verified Documents and every thing is fine (They provided 30 years history of the site) Advocate said no litigations and looking good. But Complete land is not yet registered with GK. They have agriment with land lord by paying 50Laks and still amount need to pay.
Total 3 of us booked in bluebells and as of now we paid 5 laks individually.
Still planning is not approved, once they got land to GK name then they will go on with other things it seems.

Hi..can anyone help me understand how to get refund from these people. The lady in CRM is just not responding...They don't respond at all...is there a direct email id of MD or any higher-up...Do I have to go there and create a scene ( which I actually hate to do) to get my money back? please help me with a reply
Hi Anna, even i booked a apartment in BLUEBELLS. till now i have paid 5 Laks. 3 of us booked and we all paid 5 Laks each. Still site is not on GK name, plan is yet to approve. Almost every thing is pending.
Not sure what will happen and when will happen.
But they said by Feb 2016 end site will be under GK name. Let me see how it will go :))
