I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi..can anyone help me understand how to get refund from these people. The lady in CRM is just not responding...They don't respond at all...is there a direct email id of MD or any higher-up...Do I have to go there and create a scene ( which I actually hate to do) to get my money back? please help me with a reply
Hi Veni, other than creating a scene, or better still taking all the documents and filing a police complaint, I cannot suggest anything else. However, may I ask which property are you seeking a refund for, and if you have found any problems with it? I went today (9th Nov.) to check out their offers, and the one in HST layout, name Bluebell, seemed very good. However, even their brochure says nothing about their quality of construction or their certification (they say that it has been "applied for", but I do not think that is good enough), nor does it refer to any other projects which they have undertaken in the past, and which people can view. In fact the brochure is full of pictures with blonde models, and the model flat looks nothing like the floor plans -- obviously these pictures have been picked off the web, and has nothing to do with the real project. So, has anyone else shown interest in Bluebell? Has anyone verified the bluebell documents with lawyers?
