My comments to replies
We are also sailing in the same boat. Had taken a loan to buy a property in tower N of Plumeria but have still not got the possession. Spoke to them in their head office a couple of days back but they again told us that it will now be completed by Dec-2017. There is a national organization NCDRC where we all could collectively challenge against the builder. Has the WhatsApp group you guys were talking about been created? If yes, please do add me also to the group.
