Sector-119, locality review, price trend
Q: I am a first time investor. I am very much concern about pricing of this locality, sector 119. May I know price trend of this locality ? Kindly provide me some info.

Hi Saran, As per my knowledge, Sector 119 is a very premium residential sector with decent residential environment. In year 2010 Oct-Dec, the average residential price was around 2550/sq-ft. After many ups & downs this price has now touched around 6000/sq-ft in 2015. This average residential price is showing improvement. Investors & developers are interested in this sector & this sector is providing a good deal for end users too.
