Q: Hi all! My Wife and I are looking for a decent 2BHK, and then I stumble upon ARK Homes in Bolaram, any suggestions? I need some details about this project.

Dont go for it ! Its a horrible project .We recently bought a flat the builders do not pay property tax and make the new buyers to pay their dues.Please DO NOT buy a flat here .Dont go for it ! Even after repeated calls they keep procrastinating and try to put the blame on others.The buyer in the end will be in a fix .
