Looking for reviews on Aratt Milano. Are the builders providing A Khata?
Q: I am planning to buy 2BHK in Aratt Milano. Looking for reviews from people who have already invested in this project. Is the builder providing A Khata? Any known legal issues with the land?

Hrllo Subir, Aratt Milano has got approval from Bangalore Development Authority and banks like HDFC, Axis and SBI. When I enquired about the project, the sales person, the builder will not provide A Khata for this project.
Hi Ramesh, I visited the site yesterday. The sales person told me that they will provide A Khata, OC and CC.
