I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Gruh kalyan is truly unprofessional group. I cancelled a flat in bluebell n asked them not to deposit my pdc n return it to me. But they still deposited the cheque. I had already made stop payment so my money isn't with then. But inspite of repeated calls they r not returning my cheque.
