Guys don't take rental accommodation with SASIKUMAR on 5th cross , 2nd block , akshayanagar . The guy is a FRAUD

Latest Answer: Hi Vaibhav sorry for replying so late. This guy sasikumar and his wife simply fool people by first showing the house with all the amenities , then they ask for advance saying that they will keep the house blocked for you so that no one else takes it. After that they remove some amenities like putting up a cheap geyser instead of the one promised , tampering with your electricity meter etc. Moreover , they get you to sign a fake rental agreement which has got no value and don't return your deposit money.
