I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi, everyone on 28 th Nov 2015, i booked one 2 bhk flat in Bluebell project, by giving them 1 lakh booking amount. Total cost of flat is 16 lakh + 1 lakh ragistration fee.
Is there anybody booked the same. Please Inform.

Hi shail.. we have booked 3 bhk by payin a 1 lakh.. the management has told that the emi starts once we occupy the house. But the same is not mentioned in the MOU. Where you been told the same ?
