Q: Do we nee both LRS and BRS for the apartment constructed in 2015? We already Applied BRS in 2015, now do we need to apply LRS?

Latest Answer: Under the land regularisation Scheme (LRS) and Building Regularisation Scheme (BRS), all lands and buildings, the latter constructed as of October 28 are eligible to avail the provisions of the scheme. In order to curb illegal construction, the committee suggested a separate enforcement wing.

Q: What is LRS, BPS and BRS? I am from hyderabad.My flat is in 3rd floor (G+2), in Nizampet village panchayati. Do I need to pay any BPS/BRS? I heard in panchyati G+3 is permittable, but my apartment contains g+4. So my question is only those people who are staying in 5th floor need to pay BRS or everyone in apartment? I dont find complete details in online. Please help.

Latest Answer: If you have G+3 permission approved doc from panchyath,u no need to bother,but even though your apartment is having 5 th floor whcih is unofficial,they have to pay BRS in order to regularize.
