Q: I have buyed land from developers project and on the same land, contract given to same builder for construction of Raw house. Construction cost is 22 lac. So how much GST do I need to pay to the builder.

Latest Answer: Under-construction property priced up to Rs 40 lakh treated as affordable housing and will attract 1% GST without ITC. On the other hand, more than 45 lakh property cost will not treated as affordable housing and will attract 5% GST without input tax credit.
