HI Can any of the PBEL city residents share their first hand experience about the township.
Q: I would like to know about: 1. for a retired person's palce to stay. 2.is it easy to rent out a flat there 3. how is the water supply? bore well dependant or regular water is available. 4. is the maintenace good?

There is a water problem issue in this society as bore water is depleted already and there is no manjira water. It is good for old people but because of new tower construction, lot of noise 24*7. Q: I am in search of 2BHK flat to buy and came to know about PBEL from one of my friend. I am looking for a best quote. To be frank the extra charges are way too high....

Hello Shabarish, The price of 2bhk apartments ranges from Rs 41.30 lakhs to Rs 50.40 lakhs which is the base price.
Hey Bharat, What about the eminities? Is Club house ready? Also how is water supply. Do we have Manjeera water supplied or are borewell sufficient?
