Q: I am planning to invest in this project and want to know what kind of configuration they are offerings and what is the price going on? Is it the best place to for future investment?

I am new to Pune and this my first trip for search of good project which is suitable for me. I am working in Hinjewadi and recently moved from Mumbai. Interested in this project, but I dont no about this builder past record and performance. So if anyone tell me about builder credential, it would be great for me?

Better townships, more options (from budget to luxury) and more scope for appreciation going ahead as IT executives working at Magarpatta, SP Info or for that matter EON IT, consider this place. Also this place has good connectivity to UNDRI, which has a plethora of schools and colleges. You may want to consider MARVEL IDEAL SPACIO on the premium side and GAGAN LAWISH, DYNAMIC IMPERIA, GAGAN CEFIRO, DYNAMIC OASIS for mid-segment homes.
