How much price of new launch project Saya Gold Avenue?
Q: I am thinking of investing on this project. I want to about this project. What are the amenities i can get here?

Hi, As per my knowledge, Saya Gold Avenue have great amenities located next to Shipra Mall in Indirapuram Ghaziabad. It has excellent connectivity with Delhi via NH24 and Delhi. This project offers 2 BHK, 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartments ,area ranging from 1050 sq-ft to 2000 sq-ft.
Don't go on lucrative things it's offering. Basically it's being built on unauthorised land which belongs to Shipra sun city. Case in the high court is under progress against saya gold avenu.
