I went to the office twice once i was told its a water issue which is almost settled so constriction will atar on june but nothing happenned. Then 2nd time later i was told by another man in office that an approval of extra floors is not yet sanctioned unless it gets right it will not start. Later after few weeks i recieved a call from the main office a lady enquired me about my PAN CARD NO which was not updated in their system. Thats all from them. But from one of my well known man from inside resident IDeal Height came to know that tje Society president and the group had filed a case against them as all the three building recieved stinking water for all purpose. They had to buy drinling water from outside and i ones saw servants getting water from the taps beside the garden as there was an issue. The work of CIRRUS will not start until the water supply for all the buildings is done properly. And so for CIRRUS. I HAVE ALSO BOOKED AN APT IN CIRRUS & WAITING.
