Q:
I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Gruh kalyan is truly unprofessional group. I cancelled a flat in bluebell n asked them not to deposit my pdc n return it to me. But they still deposited the cheque. I had already made stop payment so my money isn't with then. But inspite of repeated calls they r not returning my cheque. There is no response fm them since i cancelled the flat.
They wont return you until you go there and snatch it from their hand. Even I faced the same issue. I booked a flat in Aster and gave them a pdc with their assurance that i have one weeks of time to think upon and they would return my cheque if I cancel it. I cancelled the plan on Sunday and they said they wud return my cheque. On Monday I sent my friend to their office to collect the cheque but he was sent back saying the concerned person had already left that day.On tuesday when i called by ASM he stopped picking up my call. Finally I had to visit their office taking half day from my work coz the cheqe date was on wednesday itself. When I reached their office they looked really reluctant in returning my cheque and the behaviour of the so called asm basant was completely changed. Finally after lots of struggle they agreed to return my pdc and my friend received it in the evening that day itself. So think before depositing any kind of PDC coz cancellations are not that easy.

Apart from that the projects and documents look ok and the price they are selling is highly competitive. The choice is all yours.
