Q:
I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
I booked a flat in Feb from this fraud company Gruhakalyan Builders. I cancelled it after 10 days. I was given cheque for 98k for 27 May but they told me not to cash it. I was promised a DD but they never gave it. Now their General Manager Siddharth is telling me to remove this post instead of paying back My money. Total fraud. Don't give them a penny.

Can i know who is this lokesh bangalore,because my name is also Lokesh the phone no which is displayed is mine.can i know who mentioned my no & WHY?people are calling me & asking about these comments which i didnt know at all,now only i saw these comments & giving my comments on this.i I also booked a flat near Manyata tech park (Lavender project) on dec 2015,i cancelled this in jan 2016,i got postdated cheque for 14th apr from GK ,but the cheque got bounced for 2 times & i finally got DD from them delayed by 45 days.please call me Mr lokesh Bangalore , my mobile no is 9900260812

Hi, everyone on 24 th Nov 2015, i booked one 3bhk flat in Gruha kalyan Lavender project, by giving them 1 lakh booking amount. Is there anybody booked the same. Please Inform.
