I was planning to purchase a 2 BHK in this project, but after reading all the reviews about the builder and this project, had to cancel my plan. Thanks a lot guys for posting such an important piece of information here. Is there any good project you guys can suggest in Ravet and nearby areas?

Guys, Do you have any idea of Silver Palms Groove. What about builder reputation.
Dont go with this builder .Lot of fraud in construction quality.
Delay in possesion.

I thought they were reputed builders in Pune...I am planning to buy a property in Pune..I guess I should consider other options than Rohan Silver Gardenia
correct...there are better projects in Ravet area.
