I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi I have also booked an appartment in GK Rose so any one going for the document verification pls contact me.Probably we can go for a joint verification with a trusted lawyer before going for the downpayment.
