Hi All, I also invested in aster, when I studied the details, things are looking not OK. GM says the Land purchase, still under process, half amount paid, etc since one month. We don't know the exact status. they always say within 45 days it will start which may not be true. Please try to get the below details. 1. a single project is not started, no digging work started in any of their 10 projects. No project approvals 2. for Aster Land is not yet purchased/registered, No project approvals yet done 3. our MOU is without land/aproval which is not valid, No start /end date of the project. 4. collecting money from one Project and converting to other. 5. not ready to share the details of the Land Lord, agreement/registration 6. still giving ad in papers with 30% discount every week. we are at great risk till Land is registered and digging work starts. Pl share ur concerns , experiences we need to form a whatsapp group to closely monitor the things
