They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

Guys, Gruhakalyan is totally a fraud company, i booked flat in lotus project by investing 5lakh rupees. Now they have absconded by stealing our money. Everyone switched off their phone. Everyone started filing complaint at madiwala police station. If anyone like me who lost money in investing in this fraud company. Anyone bought a Flat in maratahalli Rose project. I have paid an advance of 5 lakhs for maratahalli Rose project in July 2015 and still the construction is not started .
i called them yesterday and as per them site will be registered in this month and construction will be started by next month.
