I have purchased the flat last month. 1.They collected 10K for Mosquito mesh doors. 2.If you want wood work they will charge 15K even though the current meters are installed 3.15000 as corpus fund. 5.They will collect 2000rs for maintenance for 3 months in advance even though the amenities are not provided. Ramayya and Shakar - These are site incharge and they wont give a minimum respect to the flat owners.
