Does anyone has any update about La Casa, Ghaziabad. I have booked a flat in this project through ASG Developers three months back. But project has not started till date.

Nowadays delay has become a common issue with most of the projects.. hope the builder has not got approvals yet and that's why it is delayed..
Loan not approve Yet, As per SBI Delhi CP Home Loan, La Casa not have complete paper so project are not approve.

I have also booked a flat in lacasa and having same problem.....I have created a Facebook page ... you can find this by using lacasa.buyers@gmail.com............we should find the solution collectively.

I also booked when project had in ASG. Lacasa construction started by Adwik for last 2 months, but I think approval from leading Bank like SBI, ICICI, LIC is pending as only India Bull giving loan. Is any one has update when Lacasa will get the approval from SBI, LIC?? Prakash

i bought flat around 1.5 y back . I talked with meenakshi ,neha but they dont have satisfatory reply . as per my knowldge they dont have other bank approvals.( except indiabulls) . is anyone have information about their GDA approvals...?
