Questions about loan against property
Q: Hello, We are in process of raising money for our business and need funds. We were thinking of getting loan against property for this purpose. We have piece of land in Ahmedabad and Chennai. Do you think we can get loan keeping piece of land as mortgage? Can we can have one single loan application by merging values of both the properties? Thanks Nishant

Latest Answer: Thanks Ishika. I had read somewhere that loan against land is banned in India so was wondering if it's a fake news or not.
