Heard that Karia developers facing environment clearance issue from the govt and hence project is on hold wrt stay order from govt. Is that true? as the possession date is been postponed to 2014 end now which was previously planned for 2013 Diwali. Construction is also on hold completely. I am one of the owner, really scared. it should doesn't turned out to be next "kumar kruti"

At Konark Orchid, We saw a 3 BHK flat on 11th floor in Building A and liked it. Do you advise me to invest in this flat?
1) Do we have Environmental Clearance issues still? Or any other issues?
2) Do we have sufficient Water there in Wagholi at this place? Or the survival is on Tankers?
3) How about monthly maintenance amount? Is the society already formed?
