Q: Can you mention the price of 3bhk ? When can I expect the completion date ?

Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ? How is the water connection ? Is the project approved ??
amarprakash builder is a big cheater. Now he want to build hanging apartments between the two blocks. With this the sidewise apartment (adjoining to hanging apartment) will not have room window which will not be shown in the plan while booking those flats. without window room will remain be dark & suffocated. And they are charging a high amount. Further during flood situation lot of water was there in that locality as adiyar river passes nearby. Anyone who has booked a flat in palm rivera please post here and will contact.
