Tenant background check verification
Q: It seems we need a strong background check system for tenant information verification. Bad experience faced for lack of such information. I urge my fellow common floor community members in Pune to be aware of person named baburao vhankol. Be careful while giving your flat on rent to this person. He stayed in my flat on rental basis in pune pimpri-chincwad corporation area for 4 months and did not pay any rent, he kept on giving payment commitments but never paid anything. Instances like this seem to be increasing these days.

This discussion helped. A person with same name approached me for rental flat in Pimple Saudagar area in Pune.
