I STRONGLY BELEIVE THT THIS DEVELOPER WILL NOT GIVE US OUR PLOT TILL WE UNITE. LET US TOGETHER TAKE COLLECTIVE ACTION AGAINST THE DEVELOPER. myself booked plot in phase v.but so for i have not got any update from developer.who are booked we can form one group.so that it will be useful for each other for communicate and update the status.

Dear Mr N. P. Dixit. I also have booked 2X 3 Guntha plots in EV Phase V. The developer promised to register and hand over plots in 30 months but nothing is moving further. It is better we unite and sort it out with the developer. If required we will seek indulgence of the police and the judiciary. We have invested our hard earned money and the developer is enjoying at our cost. Thanks. Ram Patil, Pune.
