How much is the sqft rate near Gardencity college (Srinivasnagara Layout)
Q: We have seen a independent building built one floor and has all basic amenities, this building is 3yrs old and this comes under panchayat khata. i would like to know what will be sqft rate , we inquired nearby and they said 3000/sqft. is it worth so???

My comments to replies
As far as I know, the present rate per sqft going on is in between Rs 3500 to Rs 4000 approximately. In the recent past, its a much sought after locality because of the very good connectivity to Bangalore South. I feel it is worth buying :)
But, The landlord say it is a Panchayat khata property, is it good idea to invest?
