Q:
I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi, everyone on 24 th Nov 2015, i booked one 3bhk flat in Gruha kalyan Lavender project, by giving them 1 lakh booking amount. Is there anybody booked the same. Please Inform.

Today I visited the Gruha kalyan office at Yalahanka as I wanted to invest in their Lavender project.
They took to me one of the area near to Manyata tech park and they said, they have made 70% of the payment to land lord and waiting for BBMP approval.
It has been told that the project will kick start in another 10 days.
They were literally forcing us to pay the booking amount today itself by saying today is the last date for pre launch booking.
But by going through the comments over here I feel this project is not at all trustworthy.
Please think before investing in any of the projects owned by this group.
