How wise is it to invest in Jaycee Kanjurmarg
Q: The prices at the Kanjurmarg project are really lucrative. Plus the amenities are good and the builder is reputed. My only concern is that everybody has told me that I could get stuck with a delay of 4-5 years additional over and above the committed delivery. In that light, would this be a wise investment? will it appreciate and come at par with the other projects in vicinity?

Hi, I have booked 1BHK flat in Savannah. Regarding the provisional allotment provided to me, I have a little concern that the signature on the payment receipt is not present across the revenue stamp. It resides on the left of the stamp. Will this be an issue? People who has already booked flats in Savannah, please confirm if the sign in your allotment is like wise ?
