I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
I booked an apartment in Orchid Jpnagar.They did register the land in their name paying the owner full money.Its about 40L.I have seen the board in the land.If you guys want to see it just visit their site.I dont think they will vanish in a night after doing all those thing.Real estate project take time.All the approval like BBMP/BDA will take time much more than what they are promising thats for sure.But patience is the key here.If you want to get something in cheap you have to be patient.So instead of putting negative message without having more info please wait upto April end.Let them come up with some approval.If you are going for cancellation they will return back your check for sure.Yes its true that you have to come up to their office couple of time but thats how business work and true for all real estate developer.Even big builder like DLF/UNITECH/DB-REALTY also committed fraud so many times.
Arjit- Just use your brain.. do you really think the cost of land could be 40 Lac in area like JP Nagar, where the minimum rate is around Rs 4000 per sq feet.

I am Subhash, I booked a flat with paying booking amount Rs.1,00,000 on 19 Jan, 2016 in Aster Project from GruhaKalyan (GK). I have not got any MOU so far. Please provide any suggestions about project. As per words from GK, they already paid part amount to land owner hence yet to register by GK from land owner.
I suspect is if GK can complete project as they said time. Anyone booked Flat pls call me on 9008060123 we can all unite together to support each other to force GK
I have cancelled my booking. They haven't paid full about of land to owners of land so land is not registered on there name yet. As far as I know registration process will take time, after that they need to request for BBMP approvals and then only bank 'll give loan on that property. In short I can say GK don't have proper papers for aster project at this point of time. Even though they are genuine the construction on that land is not going to start before a year. After cancellation I haven't received check for booking amount which I have paid, they told I 'll got refunded after 75 WORKING DAYS.
Another point is that, out of 17 projects which GK have..not a single project has been started till date.
I believe I have give all the required details. Choice is yours. :)
