As per my knowledge, Lotus Parkscape is one of the spacious residential project in Yamuna expressway, by Lotus Greens. This project offers 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 1030 sq-ft to 2330sq-ft. All daily basic amenities are available nearby to this project. Builder quoted price is around 3000/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2018 December.
I have also paid all 20%, i yesterday visited the site. There are some other projects being developed in Jaypee Sports City. Even the work on Eastern Peripheral is going on. I think, builder is trying to move existing buyers to other locations. May be in future he can gain premium on this property. But i agree with Vijay we are losing both time value of money and opportunity cost. Until builder compensate for that it is a loss for us.

I mailed to the Lotus team on email: Parkscape@lotusgreens.in and get the below reply :
Please allow us time until two more weeks, we will then be able to share the details on the progress of the project. Please note that the team is working towards the same.

Lotus Group is not paying the interest and straightway saying "NO" to its buyers. Shall we go ahead and take the refund without interest? Has anyone here got refund with interest yet or may be a confirmation from Lotus only?
Hi Jay, I suggest we should fight together for refund with Interest over and above that we are losing for time value of money and opportunity cost. I will suggest don't cancel the booking instead we should commonly approach court for settlement. We have Real Estate Bill that takes care of apathy of buyers.
