I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Gruh kalyan is truly unprofessional group. I cancelled a flat in bluebell n asked them not to deposit my pdc n return it to me. But they still deposited the cheque. I had already made stop payment so my money isn't with then. But inspite of repeated calls they r not returning my cheque. There is no response fm them since i cancelled the flat.
Hello All, Its all fake and they are trying to capitalize their previous role as a marketing partner with big big builders. None of their sites are registered on their name. They only show sale deed and trying to lure the customers. In fact I was able to influence one of their agent to understand the fact. They wanted to get funds from customers and start the land purchase and all. So i advise not to buy from these. I have visited them on Sunday 31 JAN, for every question that I rise, they were reducing one lakh on the property price. They were even ready to give me two 1 BHK for 11 Lakhs. If Im ready to pay 5 Lakh down payment right away, I do not need to pay anything later. 5 Lakhs...One BHK Flats in in ITPL...wake up guys..after all its our hard earned money. dont get cheated. When I am Cnacelling the booking slot amount 50K they said to comeback after 20 days of grace period to submit Cancellation Form. After cancellation i will get my 50K after 75 working days as per their Booking
