Am planning to buy home in Ankur Vihar. But I do have few concerns.

But have few concerns like: -Electricity supply for how many hrs ? -Is it safe to travel at night from their ? -India Bulls is giving me loan over their ? if this bank is reliable ? -Hope theft instances do not happen their ? -School facility for my Kid ? - Appreciation Value for Ankur Vihar in coming years ? Anyone living their or have any idea for Ankur Vihar is welcome to post his ideas.
