Q:
I want to know the your opinion about Destination Memior Chikhali Project, Its 1 bhk flat 552 sq.ft. and 3400 psft.
Mostly I am concerned about builder and quality of work and material, can any one help me out regarding this.

Hello Priya, D. R. Gavhane Destinations is a reputed developer in Pune. They have successfully completed 12 project and 5 of their projects are still under construction. I searched a lot about this developer in multiple forum sites, but there is no negative reviews against them. I think you should go for it. You will get your flat possession on time
And most importantly, RERA 2016 is going to active by 1st of May. As per RERA, developers have to offer possession on time.

Currently, they are charging Rs.3650 per sq.ft. and if you are getting at the rate of Rs.3400 per sq.ft. I think, its a good deal.
This project is spread over 2.5 acres of land and consisting 237 units of 2 and 3 BHK. Construction work is going on and it is expected that the possession date will be October 2017. You do not have to worry about construction quality as per RERA, they have to maintain good quality materials in their project to get the Completion Certificate.
Dear Sneha area is correct 2.5 acres but they are offering 1 & 2 bhk flats not 3 bhk. So are you commented regarding memior chikhil project or you consider any other project, pls reply
