Converting the agricultural land into commercial or residential land
Q: Hi, I want to buy a free hold land. Is it possible to convert an agricultural land into a residential land? What is the process?

I own 2 Acre and 20 Guntas of agricultural land and there are layouts formed around it, will it be advantageous to convert 20 Guntas into residential land to avoid set backs and CA areas instead of converting all 2.5 Acres?
