I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi, everyone on 24 th Nov 2015, i booked one 3bhk flat in Gruha kalyan Lavender project, by giving them 1 lakh booking amount. Is there anybody booked the same. Please Inform.
Ashraf here, I have booked a flat at lavender on Sunday and have already received a copy of the unsigned MOU and the copy of the MOU between the land owners and GK. They have already paid 50Lacs is what the MOU states.
