I would like to share my experience with gruha Kalyan I have booked 4 flats in lotus and aster invested 43 lakhs one day I want 9 lakhs so I cancelled my 1 flat but they returned my money back on time so I feel very happy so I request u don't blame gruha Kalyan with this type of post you are purchasing a flat atleast keep patience we will get our flat they are start up company and customer based company so we have to support them....I know they will not give flat on time they will also delay 3/4 months but I sure they will use best quality of materials as compare to other builders . I am really very happy with gruha Kalyan and their services....👍👍

I booked one flat from Gruhakalyan in Feb and then cancelled it in 10 days on 27 Feb 2016. They provided cheque for 98 thousand for date 27 May. When I went to deposit it ICICI bank in May, they said it will be returned due to insufficient funds. When I went to meet them in GruhaKalyan office, their GM and Director Siddharth and Sridhar tried to beat me up and forced me to sign that i received money without giving any cash or DD. Somehow I escaped from their office. I put the cheque again in HDFC bank and it bounced again due to insufficient funds. This is their reality.

I have registered site at Manyatha Location on July 2016 and after going through the forums I realized they are not trust worthy. Able to see many comments from many people. I went for cancellation next day and it took four months for cheque date. When I called them on check clearance date I came to know there is no sufficient funds. They are not answering properly and they are saying to come to the location and collect money. Will they give money back and why they have given cheque first of all? What can I do to get my money back, will they create drama or anything else if I go there office to get money and by cancelling the cheque? Please help me. Thanks!

I also lost 1lac. Don't know what to do.

Hi Sethuraman, we are also planning to get verified all documents related to property. We have visited GK office & E-city site also. But we did not find any board, even there is no board outside the office also. They were asking to 1lkh as booking amount yday itself. we did not paid anything.

Hi, yes you are right they do marketing for many developers and now they are coming up with a project called "Lotus". They are planning to launch the project within 2 months. About reliability it is very difficult to say now a days. I would suggest you that if you are planning to book a property in this project check all the documents carefully.

Hi Guys, I send a mail to police commision office now, please send a complain to police commisioner, he should know that how many people got cheated and people would get cheated, we dont want to leave these cheaters like this. Mailid-compolbcp@ksp.gov.in The content I have written My wife by seeing the advertisement,on 10th July went to the newly opened office, Rama murthy nagar Gruha kalyan. They showed the the property near manayata park and they said they start construction and book the flat for 20 lakhs, without showing any proper document they pressurised my wife and took 1 Lakh cash and 5 lakh cheque, when she came back and she told me about the the incident, immediately, I went and asked money back as I know that they are not reliable, they gave me the cheque for cash they said collect from head office as they given the cash to head office located in HSR layout, immediately we went and asked the money, no one has responded.

Any approached lawyer on the cheque bounce part, I'm planning to approach the lawyer. I tried reaching many people mainly Indulekha(she has two number), Rashmi, Narendra and even the offical GruhaKalyan number given the website. No one is answering. As I'm not getting any response I have mailed below people, as a last attempt. chiefminister@karnataka.gov.in, min-housing@karnataka.gov.in, min-infra@karnataka.gov.in, min-ud@karnataka.gov.in, jscnv@mea.gov.in, complaints@irda.gov.in, inf.sfio@nic.in, nvnaidu@sansad.nic.in, purushottam.dass@gov.in If any one is intrested to work with me, please let me know. We can all work together and go one day and will get our money back, we have to follow with lawyers and follow-up with higher dignitaries. I'm following for 20k, but I know there will be people who are struggling to getting lac's back. Thanks!

This is a kind of saturday and sunday business, they collect all the Flat Advances like 1 lakh and 2 lakh on fake or showing some sites and collect advances. When you know this go back to collect refund, they will pay you to satisfy at that moment and bounce the cheque later. Dont believe it is a cheating business. All the collected money from public will some be invested in buying lands, masti and parties. Caution bangalore new entrants do not go to these cheaters. All your salary that you saved for your housing will be gone into the hands of cheaters. These guys are cheating public with different names of business, different schemes, this company even bribes police, media to get under their control, so eventually public are fooled between the company and police or media.

I also lost 1lac. Don't know what to do.
