I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Previously I was bought a 2bhk flat in well reputed company in Bangalore I paid around 76 lakhs including the tax and agreement charges. When I was booked it was in under construction and they were committed to handover a flat within a year but it takes almost 6 years to complete the project. And just think what is the interest for the my paid amount I didn't get any single penny as penalty for the delay. But Gruha Kalyan is selling flats for lower price in pre-launch projects. I was quite interested And I have booked a 2 BHK flats in Gruha Kalyan's Lotus project. I liked their innovative ideas and pre-launch offers etc. and I know problems in real estate and no problem if it is little delay also because more wothy than I paid.
hi ashwin i hv also booked a 2 BHK flats in Gruha Kalyan's Lotus project.. they have not provided the BBMP apporval yet. wht abt this rumor "TGS, Dreamz & Gruha Kalyan all are same management with different MD's." I suspect is if GK ll ever build any project let apart dealy
