I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

I have booked 2bhk flat in Lavender and already paid half the amount of the flat. they said they will send the land document next week. now they are calling about paying some 1% interest to me on my deposited amount till the time of possession. has anyone checked the land documents?? add me in the wats up group..9886787389
