I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

Hi, I am Gupta, last Friday I get one phone call from Gruha Kalyan,one lady communicate with me regarding flat, she tells, about Gruha Kalyan offers and flats location. After I replied to her call you back.
