Do anyone knows about LaxmiNagar Phase -II? Located at Vihighar, Panvel
Q: This project have completed there Phase-I already. So I have invested for Phase-II. But since last 2 years there is no update on this project. We get builders communication letter once a year. But it does not resolves my concerns. Builder's Name LaxmiTara Builders & Developers its office is located at Kamothe, Navi Mumbai.

Hi Aniket, Yes, project is delayed for a long time and still there is no work on construction site. Even i am invested in this project. Have you discussed with the builder regarding the project delay? Is there any specific reason? What about the legal approvals?
