Gruha Kalyan Rose- Is it trustworthy?
Q: Hello All Anyone bought a Flat in maratahalli Rose project. I have paid an advance of 5 lakhs for maratahalli Rose project in July 2015 and still the construction is not started . i called them yesterday and as per them site will be registered in this month and construction will be started by next month. Please advise what can i do?

Hi All I have booked a flat in Rose 2 by paying Rs 1 lac. Anyone else who has booked flat in Rose 2, I have created another group for ROSE 2 Apartments but still waiting CommonFloor to approve that. I came to this group just to find out whats the status of ROSE Project. Since it is already into 8-9 month. Accordingly we can cancel our bookings or could move forward. As per now I am not satisfied with Gruha Kalyan. Meanwhile Rose 2 Project land is also not bought in name of Gruha Kalyan.Hi All I have booked a flat in Rose 2 by paying Rs 1 lac.
