Q: What us current update about the Construction and possession Date for Today Callidora Tower T2?

Hi Anil, We have already noticed the slow pace of construction of Canary Greens, Callidora and Elegancia projects. Callidora Project, Sec-73, Gurgaon launched in Jan 2011 is running behind schedule by 3 yrs. With 90% payment gone so far, it does not seem to be closer to completion by the end of 2017 even. I think, we as buyers of Callidora, should meet with builder and discuss the matter. Subsequently, take a legal course, or complained to concerned Haryana authorities.
