I am mentioning review based on MJ Lifestyle Azaliya because of owning a flat in same project , and we are feeling now why we have bought flat with MJ Infrastructure builder . I have one word for MJ is , MJ is a big big cheater and fraud. Marketing staff of MJ always mention big big things while you book the flat . While booking the flat , every one will ask about water availability in borewell , then they will mention Sir we have 2 borewell with 3 inch water , while they will handover the project , only provision for borewell you will get , From first day of registration we are using tanker water in MJ LifeStyle Azaliya Apartment Choodasandra . Don't believe on single word of Mr. Gopal Singh (Sales : 9972144883 ) . One of senior Architect Mr. Shiaab is junk guys who has destroyed each and every amenities of Azaliya Apartment . Another scam I can mention as BWSSB scam : they will collect 80000 Rs . From each flat in the name of BWSSB , marketing team will mention sir you will get Kaveri Receipt for that amount whenever Kaveri will come you will get the connection , but they have not given any receipt when we have asked when you are not planning to give Kaveri receipt why you have collected 80000, Mr. Shiaab (Senior Architect) he has simply replied we have collected this amount to provide pipe connection to your flat and to put overhead water collection tank .Simply they have earned 1 Crore in the name of BWSSB.for 120 flats but MJ has provided only 30kld for that everyone is struggling now in Lifestyle apartment .
