Latest Answer: We have investigated especially about the new project TGS California that is going to come up in BEML layout near Vaastu Lavender apartments, RR Nagar, Bengaluru. In that area TGS is planning to buy encroached land from Land Mafia goondas for cheaper rates. As per the information we got from sources the encroached land is owned by BEML society employees and all of them filed cases in court against the land mafia goon. They are paying taxes from past 10 years with proper khatha(PID) numbers. You will see compound walls with OS numbers written on them if you visit that area.
