I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi, everyone on 24 th Nov 2015, i booked one 3bhk flat in Gruha kalyan Lavender project, by giving them 1 lakh booking amount. Is there anybody booked the same. Please Inform.
Gruh kalyan has not launched any flats so for and it is totally new to this field and they are truly unprofessional group. they are assuring public that they have given advance to the land owner. most of the land are agricultural land it requires lot of documents like mother deed ,RTC, mutation,village map, family tree and more over conversion order. now a days it is very difficult to get order due to government policy and betterment charges to be paid, katha certificate and plan approval from the competent authority.Now a days no farmer will sell their parent property they come forward with joint venture. I have not given any concurrence still they have taken cheque from me. But inspite of repeated calls they r not returning my cheque. There is no response and receiving my call fm them since i cancelled the flat. dear brother please be care full before investing your hard earned money

Normally builders purchased land or joint venture with land owner will be fenced and project description will be displayed but GK proposed project is kept as it is ie. no fencing nor display why ?
