While i don't know about these possession date issues, here is some information about the amenities being offered by the developers. The project include in built lake, car parking, swimming pool, wifi connectivity, CCTV camera, modern spa etc.
Alok Shukla and Prasanth are doing brilliant job by saving people from the fake positive comments being provided by alien group staff, who are posing as customers in this discussion forum. It is evident that no one who actually visits Alien Station site will recommend it as their is nothing constructed there. From day one there are so many controversies surrounding it, be it occupying the lake or the burial ground or accepting booking amount for same flat from multiple customers. Even now instead of sincerely trying to finish the construction, the owners/staff are resorting to dupe people by offering a single semi-finished tower to bidder with highest price. Would like to get in touch with Alok and Prasanth on suggestion for how to approach the customers association.

That is a very apt review of the Tellapur locality in terms of investment in upcoming and under-construction projects. But, to add to the project itself, I plan to invest in the project too, and I visited the project site. There are 11 residential towers, with around 1200 high rise apartments spread around 15 floors. The price per sq. ft is Rs. 4,500, and there are 2, 3, 4, and 5BHKs available for sale. The area per apartment ranges from 1122 sq. ft to a whooping 7674 sq. ft, prices ranging from 51 lacs to 3.45 crores. For a long-term investment plan Aliens space station seems like a right choice.
